How to Use Safe-lists. First step is to set up 2 new email accounts not yahoo or hotmail.
One is going to be for the admin email and the other is going to be for the list email.  
When you click on the directory above and go to sign up for a safelist it's going to ask you
for user name and password and then a admin email address and a list address. Put in
your two new email addresses. You will then get a message stating that you have to
validate those addresses. How you do that is go into you email and click on the website
link they sent you. It will say now activated. You have to do this for both emails. Now go
log in and post ad. You'll see a subject line and ad body just copy and paste and then hit
send. Congrats
